1 Mix the flour and salt.
2 Dissolve sugar and yeast in a glass of water.
3 Knead while mixing with flour. Add sunflower oil and continue kneading for a couple of more minutes.
4 Once the dough is ready, wrap with stretch film and leave it rest for 15 minutes.
5 For the sauce, heat up some olive oil in a saucepan.
6 Add and fry the grated tomatoes, tomato purée and garlic.
7 Whisk by adding salt and ground black pepper.
8 Simmer the sauce a little, and then let it cool.
9 Sprinkle with finely chopped basil and mix.
10 Cut the dough into 7 equal pieces.
11 Roll each portion of dough on the flour-dusted counter.
12 Make a flower shape by joining the edges of the dough.
13 Spread the tomato sauce on the pieces of dough.
14 Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on them.
15 Add the AYTAÇ - CHICKEN COCKTAIL SAUSAGE, the AYTAÇ - CHICKEN SPICY SUJUK, black olives, red bell pepper and cherry tomatoes, and then place the pizza on an oven tray with grease-proof paper.
16 Cook for 15 minutes at 200 degrees in a pre-heated oven.
