Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Put the flour in the mixing bowl. Make a hole in the center and add the yeast. Dissolve the yeast while pouring yogurt on it.

2 Add warm water and knead from the center toward the sides. Dust the counter with flour and knead well, occasionally dusting with more flour.

3 Dust an oven tray with flour. Take out lemon-size pieces from the dough and lay them on the tray. Sprinkle some flour on them, cover and leave to rise.

4 For the filling, chop the AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK and peppers.

5 Fry ingredients in a little bit of oil in the pan. Once they are cooler, grate on some kashar cheese.

6 Press the risen dough pieces with your hand. Distribute the mix for the inside and make a purse.

7 Press gently with your hand once again. Dust with flour and cook using a griddle on the stove.

8 Rub butter on the cooked flatbreads and serve.

    1/2 packet of fresh yeast

    2 red bell peppers

  • 100 grams of kashar cheese

    100 grams of AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK

    A little butter
