1 Peel and finely chop the zucchinis.
2 Chop the scallions into small pieces.
3 Put oil in a cooking pot and add the onions.
4 Finely chop the AYTAÇ BEEF SAUSAGE and add to the fried onions.
5 Cut a line on the leeks to remove the hard part and finely chop them diagonally.
6 Grate the carrot.
7 Add the carrot and the leek into the pan and pour 1 tablespoon of curry powder on them.
8 Mix all the ingredients, close the lid and let it simmer.
9 Cut 2 sheets of filo pastry in the middle on the counter and put the cut piece on top of each other. Do this one more time and straighten the sides of the filo pastry by cutting.
10 Add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce to the mix that is cooking, stir and then remove from the heat.
11 Line up the filo pastry sheets on the counter and use a brush to rub equal amount of egg white on the pointy parts.
12 Put equal amount of mix in the middle of the filo pastry sheets.
13 To wrap, envelope the short side and then, the long side of the filo pastry.
14 Put 2 water glasses of oil in a pan and fry.
15 Fry the pastries until golden brown.
16 Serve hot.

2 sheets of filo pastry
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of curry powder
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons of oil
11 minutes preparation time
5 minutes cooking time
