Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Wash and clean the ribs or lamb bones, and then put in a cooking pot.

2 After adding the grated onions, butter and ribs, cook for 5 minutes.

3 After adding the tomato purée, garlic and grated tomatoes, stir.

4 Add the chick peas you soaked overnight, replace the lid and cook for 45 minutes at a low heat.

5 Crush the AYTAÇ ÇERKEŞ - BEEF SUJUK to make meatballs (without adding anything). Add the meatballs to the cooking pot when the food is nearly cooked, and cook for another 5 minutes.
