1 After heating up the oil in a pan, fry the finely sliced onion.
2 Add the red bell peppers and keep frying.
3 Add the tomato purée into the onion mix and keep frying.
4 Add the AYTAÇ KAVURMA to the onion with the tomato purée.
5 Add the previously boiled chick peas, kavurma and onions with the tomato purée as well as salt and pepper.
6 Add water, covering the contents of the pan by an inch.
7 Cook at low heat for 10-15 minutes and serve.
