Step-by-Step Instructions

1 For the filling: grate the cheeses into a mixing bowl.

2 Finely chop the peppers, parsley and AYTAÇ GURME BEEF SUJUK. Combine in the mixing bowl.

3 For the sauce: In a separate mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk and oil. Whisk.

4 Cut the phyllo pastry into four pieces.

5 Press a piece into a bowl, allowing a small lip to hang over the top of the bowl. Rip off a small piece of the pastry and secure it to the bottom of the bowl.

6 Add some of the filling along with some of the sauce. Close up the phyllo pastry.

7 Add a little more sauce and turn the bowls upside down a greased baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining sheets of phyllo pastry.

8 Brush the pastries with egg yolk and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

9 Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

    150 grams black sesame seeds

    3 long green peppers
