1 Peel and boil the celeriac. Dice it.
2 Chop the onion well.
3 Chop small pieces of the AYTAÇ BEEF SAUSAGE and boil.
4 Put the onions and the AYTAÇ BEEF SAUSAGE in the celeriac.
5 Mix the mayonnaise, cream, finely chopped dill, lemon juice, black pepper and salt for the dressing.
6 Slice the pickles and hard boiled eggs.
7 Pour the dressing on the salad.
