Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Pick off the cauliflower stems into small pieces.

2 Whisk the vinegar and olive oil in a bowl.

3 Add salt and red pepper, and whisk again.

4 Put the salt on the stems of the cauliflower.

5 Dip the cauliflower into the sauce you have made and mix, thoroughly covering.

6 Let it rest at a cold place for 3-4 hours.

7 Transfer the cauliflower onto a serving dish. Add the diced AYTAÇ - CHICKEN SALAMI.

8 Sprinkle finely chopped parsley and serve.
