Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Dice the AYTAÇ KLASIK - BEEF KANGAL SUJUK.

2 Finely chop the onion, garlic and peppers.

3 Dice the tomatoes.

4 4Heat some olive oil in a pan and add the AYTAÇ KLASIK - BEEF KANGAL SUJUK.

5 Before the AYTAÇ KLASIK - BEEF KANGAL SUJUK is fully cooked, add the onion and garlic, and then sauté for another 1-2 minutes.

6 Add the tomatoes.

7 Add water and salt, and bring to the boil.

8 Add the bulgur and cook on a low heat until it absorbs the water.

9 Cover with paper towel and let it rest for 10 minutes.

10 Pour hot butter over it and serve.
