Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Dice the onion.

2 Put olive oil in the cooking pot and fry the chopped onions for 1 minute. Close the lid and let it cook in its own steam for 2-3 minutes.

3 Add the tomato paste, cook for 2-3 minutes and add boiling water.

4 Add red pepper flakes and beef broth if you have it, and simmer for 2 minutes.

5 Rinse the bulgur 3-4 times under plenty of water and add to boiling water along with the AYTAÇ KAVURMA.

6 Top the bulgur with water to a level of 3 centimeters and let it simmer.

7 Let it simmer for 7-8 at very low heat with the lid closed. Then mix a couple of times until it absorbs the water. Finely chop and sprinkle the parsley, and serve hot.

  • 2 water glasses of bulgur

    200 grams of AYTAÇ KAVURMA

    750 ml of boiling water

    2 tablespoons of olive oil

    1 large onion

  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

    1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

    Salt and red pepper flakes
