Step-by-Step Instructions

1 To prepare the lid first, start by putting the flour and salt in the mixing ball. Knead by adding warm water.

2 Put the casserole dish on the stove and heat.

3 Dice the onion and garlic. Melt the butter in the casserole first. Add the onion and garlic, and fry.

4 Dice the AYTAÇ KLASIK BEEF SUJUK and add to the casserole.

5 Add the bulgur after stirring. Add flavor with salt and pepper.

6 Add the beef broth and water.

7 Roll out the dough. Splash water on the sides of the casserole and the dough. Cover the casserole with the dough.
