Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the pack.

2 For the bechamel sauce; add the butter to the pot, cook while slowly adding flour until the raw-flour smell disappears. Thin it by adding cold water, then put the egg yolk and cook while whisking.

3 Season with salt and ground black pepper. Grate the nutmeg. Cook until thickened.

4 Drain the boiled pasta and place in the oiled glass ovenware.

5 Mix by adding the diced AYTAÇ ÇERKEŞ BEEF SUJUK and shredded white cheese.

6 Pour the bechamel sauce over it.

7 Grate the kashar cheese and sprinkle over it.

8 Cook at 180 degrees in a pre-heated oven.
