Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Make a pastry dough with the flour, salt and yeast, and let it rest for 1 hour.

2 Roll it like a ball and make a strip to cover the dough.

3 Cook in an oven at 170 degrees.

4 Take out and remove the cover part.

5 Dice the potatoes.

6 Dice the carrots.

7 Cook the potatoes, mushrooms, carrots and tomato purée with butter and flour.

8 Add the AYTAÇ KLASIK BEEF SUJUK. Add pickles and stuff the dough inside the casserole.

9 Sprinkle thyme and serve.

  • 2 water glasses of flour

    50 grams of fresh yeast


    100 grams of AYTAÇ KLASIK BEEF SUJUK

    1 tablespoon of mushrooms

    1 diced carrot

    2 diced potatoes

    1 teaspoon of chopped pickles

  • 1 tablespoon of tomato purée

    1 spoon of flour

    1 glass of water

    1 tablespoon of butter


    Salt and ground black pepper
