Step-by-Step Instructions

1 Whisk the egg, salt and lemon juice in a blender. Put some oil in a saucepan.

2 Whisk while letting the egg absorb the oil little by little.

3 Add about 1 teaspoon of oil drop by drop. Whisk a little, add just a little bit more oil and keep going like this until the oil finishes and the mayonnaise gets thicker.

4 Once the mayonnaise is whisked to a thicker consistency, put it in a cup to rest in the fridge.

5 Dice the AYTAÇ BEEF SALAMI.

6 Serve after mixing the mayonnaise with the boiled green peas, potatoes, corn, carrots, diced cornichons and the AYTAÇ BEEF SALAMI.

  • 2 water glasses of boiled green peas

    2 diced and boiled potatoes

    2 medium size diced and boiled carrots

    8 chopped cornichons

    200 grams of boiled corn

  • 1 water glass of oil

    A couple of drops of lemon juice

    1/2 teaspoon of salt

    A couple drops of apple vinegar
